Bella green alignment Fitness the wearing of the green if I could find me handy boat fairy mail Milo and I from the time showing them with Brian and I asked questions about Pokemon which Pokemon would you want to be in your plan in life I would say as a partner I've wanted to be like you ain't guard cuz it seems like a bunch of fun which is your favorite type of ice Articuno for sure if you could create a new Pokemon what would it be called and what type would it be I want to know what it would be called but I know that the Pokemon I would have to create is one that does all my chores like cleaning and all that like only doing that on a daily basis myself but I would do it and love it yet let me know when would you want to explore in real life Joe do just because it reminds me of my childhood if you could do when a legendary or recycle Pokemon which one would it be and why because you can telepathically communicate with me next week and get tiring if you wear and what type would you specialize in I would want to say rock yeah I would say for sure Rock I just told me could give my way what's your first name play Hot Cheetos do this is George call Jay from the after-school program are fruit gushers fruit snack I was only 15 for my who Ryan I was your first night I just want my cookie who am I here with Jonathan I wish your favorite snacks are hot cheetos this is Sam's favorite forearm workout to build forearm stick it right if you think this is like the flat chicken wing now I'm trying to work that thick side so sit on the bench long ways grab something heavy do comfortably and buy Comfort by comfortably I mean not feeling like you're at risk of tearing something just kind of getting to this sort of position like you're going into second gear and then can I go to get a good burn but I'm down switch arms and then repeat it one form is bigger than the other for reasons I think we are aware of but also whatever your dominant hand is more developed writing whatever had a bit of a habit of doing just the upper portion of the rep and like doing it's just a completely different feeling to actually take the way all the way down till like 90 you know have the staff almost in a bottom out and then fire all the way to the top which I guess is common knowledge but you know for me range of motion they almost come second to intensity for me dumbbell incline incline just cuz I'm really bias in my upper chest but you know dumbbell incline barbell incline Smith machine machine press if there's one that I like available at that gym there isn't a really heavy one that I so I don't start with it and the dumbbells go up to 110 which is a little bit below my paygrade unfortunately so when I go to the gym I'm locked in I've got either heavy barbell or heavy Smith but still that's a pretty solid Choice how important is Diet when one is training is there is there a percentage where you can devote to exercise when yeah I know I think they're both 100% and four years ago there was a saying that I was 80% of body building but I don't think you can that way you got to train properly and you got to eat properly I think diet is important because one of the first requisites and being a great athlete is that you're healthy and you got to eat a well-balanced diet to be healthy I don't think it's any more important than that many athletes 10 overemphasized certain elements of diet like vitamins and protein and again the most important requirement is that you need a well-balanced diet that so that your healthy quiet on the set
