PARENTS...THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.  We are required to have a School Site Councel (SSC).  Without SSC no Title I budget or school plan decisions can be made.  We encourage you to make a difference in the governance of our school by participating in this year’s SSC.  Your input and voice is essential in supporting your child’s school reaching the academic goals outlined in the School Plan for Student Achievement.  The School Site Council is the decision making body that is responsible for the development, annual review, and updating of the plan. The content of the SPSA outlines the academic programs, supports services, and the federal funds used to improve academic performance of all students that are at risk of failing.

We are required to have an English Learner Advisory Council (ELAC).  We encourage you to make a difference in the governance of our school by participating in this year’s ELAC.  The ELAC advises in the development of a site plan for English learners and submits the plan to the School Site Council for consideration of inclusion in the School Plan for Student Achievement. The ELAC consists of parents or legal guardians, not employed by LAUSD, of EL students or Reclassified Fluent English Proficient (RFEP) students who have reclassified within the last four years and other interested stakeholders.  The English Learner Advisory Committee provides advisement to the School Site Council on all programs related to English Learner students.
