Health and Safety
The Health and Safety of all of our students is of great importance. As such, it is a priority for Sepulveda MS to provide a healthy, safe and secure environment for students and staff alike.

The Health Office is available for any concerns you may have regarding student wellness and hygiene. Please make sure to click on links below to access news and information regarding general health issues.  Students are also made aware on campus through weekly announcements/lessons from our full-time registered nurse.

In addition, we ensure campus security by implementing the following policies:
  • The campus restricted at all times. Entry is limited to one gate during school hours.
  • Students are held to a code of conduct which includes courtesy, respect, and responsibility.
  • All classrooms have full communications with the main office in case of an emergency. LAUSD campus police, counselors, administrators, the dean, and various support staff are available for intervention as needed.
  • Random metal detection and locker checks are held on a daily basis.
  • Our dress code is enforced to instill community awareness and to identify outsiders.
  • Monthly fire drill and earthquake drills are exercised to ensure students are aware of procedures and conduct during an emergency.
