In 2005, there were 214 traffic related injuries at District schools. Because of the upsurge in student injuries related to traffic incidents, the following safety tips are being re-issued to ensure the safe passage of students, parents and staff.
Kids and Bicycle Safety
California State Law requires all children ages 17 and under to wear a safety helmet whenever riding a bicycle, scooter, rollerblades and skateboard.
